Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the doors closed.

🐾 Pets Pets are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building.

🎉 Parties & Events
Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted at any time.

👥 Maximum Guests
The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking. Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

🏊 Pool & Common Areas
Guests must follow the community rules for use of the swimming pool and common areas. Pool opening hours and regulations are set by the building management.

🗑️ Rubbish & Cleanliness
Please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and leave the apartment in a tidy condition at check-out.

🔑 Keys & Access
Lost keys or access devices may result in a replacement fee. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the apartment.
