The apartment is located in a residential community, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

Use of the swimming pool and common areas is subject to community rules and seasonal opening hours, which are set by the building management.

Free street parking is usually available nearby, but cannot be guaranteed. All guests are required by Spanish law to complete online check-in and provide valid ID details before arrival. Access instructions will be sent after check-in is completed.

Please use air conditioning and utilities responsibly and turn them off when leaving the apartment.

During high season, the area can be lively and busier in the evenings due to nearby restaurants and bars.

🚶 On Foot Beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and bars are all within 5–10 minutes walking distance. The promenade along the coast is perfect for walking or cycling between nearby beaches and beach clubs.

🚆 Train (Cercanías) The Benalmádena-Arroyo de la Miel train station is about 10–15 minutes away by taxi or bus. Trains run frequently between Málaga city, Málaga Airport, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola, making day trips very easy without a car.

🚌 Bus Local buses stop nearby and connect you to Arroyo de la Miel, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, and Málaga. Buses are affordable and reliable, especially for short trips.

🚕 Taxi & Ride Services Taxis are easy to find in the area and can be booked by phone or via apps. Uber and Bolt also operate in the area.

🚗 By Car Free street parking is usually available near the apartment, though availability depends on the season and time of day. Having a car is useful if you plan to explore Málaga city, Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, or inland villages.

✈️ From the Airport Málaga Airport is about 15 minutes by car or taxi. You can also take the train from the airport to Benalmádena station, then continue by taxi or bus to the apartment.
